Exodus 11:9
The Lord had said to Moses, "Pharaoh will refuse to listen to you—so that my wonders may be multiplied in Egypt."
Lloyd S. from Trenton, ON said:
Even after all the calamities the Lord had brought upon Pharaoh and the Egyptians, the Lord knew Pharaoh would refuse to pay attention, and He would now bring the greatest tragedy upon all the families and animals of the Egyptians. All the first born would die, even Pharaoh's first born. I believe this whole story is a great reminder that we, as believers, should listen to what the Lord is saying, both in His word, the Bible, and sometimes personally to us. 1Peter 1:25 but the Word of the Lord endures forever. And this is the Word preached as gospel to you.

I keep struggling with why God has kept hardening Pharaoh's heart. God is doing this so His wonders will be multiplied in Egypt.

The Lord surely hardened Pharaoh's heart, even when threatened with the death of all first born in Egypt. The Lord is Almighty, and can do whatever is needed to bring about His desires. Help me, Lord, to always remember that NOTHING is beyond Your ability. Amen

I feel that god wanted the world to hear of what happened there so that more people would believe in him and his powers. The worse it got the more you pay attention
