Present as an aroma pleasing to the Lord a food offering consisting of a burnt offering of one bull, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect.

We notice that each and every aniumal offered as a sacrifice to the Lord was to be without defect. This was a preview of Jesus Christ, who was without sin, and was sacrificed for the whole world to wash away our sins. But we must remember that for our sins to be washed clean by the blood of Christ, we must confess our sins to Christ and repent of those sins, as we invite Him to be Lord and Savior of our lives. Acts 3:19  Therefore repent and convert so that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. Heb 9:28  so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many. And to those who look for Him He shall appear the second time without sin to salvation.

You nailed it Lloyd, all these verses in this chapter is a preview of Jesus Christ. And as you stated in previous chapters, sacrificing animals is no more. And as believers in Jesus Christ we have that special/ personal relationship, of being washed in His Blood for our sins. Praising God Daily, brother Lloyd.
