Here we see the Lord telling Moses how to bless Israel, (three times) The Lord bless you, the Lord make His face shine upon you, the lord turn His face toward you and give you Peace. And as Christians what does 3 remind us of, The Holy Trinity: The Lord Bless you (God the Father) The Lord makes His Face Shine upon you(Jesus) The Lord Turn His Face toward you and Gives You Peace. Very well expressed, Peter. The Trinity is difficult to understand for some people, how one God can be in three persons, all of whom are equally God. I have never had difficulty with it myself but I know some who have. If we think of God as a human, then it would be difficult but when we realize the magnitude of our God, being so far beyond being human. Though He came to earth in the form of a human (Jesus) He is still far beyond anything we can even imagine. God bless and continue to inspire you my brother in Christ. :-)

What a privilege it was for the priests to pass on God's blessing to the people. God blesses us richly and we are to pass on that blessing to others. What a joy it is to know that thanks to Jesus Christ God is smiling as He looks down on us!

God wants blessings for your life. He wants to use you for your greatest and highest good. We often think of blessings as wealth, comfort, or happiness. Gods blessings are much more than that his peace that no matter our situation that we are kept in The Lord is our true blessing that his grace is there for us no matter what. Sure God wants happiness and wealth and comfort but he wants us to realize that even when those things are absent his blessings are still there.
