Galatians 4:17
Those people are zealous to win you over, but for no good. What they want is to alienate you from us, so that you may have zeal for them.

Paul is concerned for his students/children so to speak, he feels they are being led astray and not following what he taught them about God's word. I feel he looked upon them as students/children as he was their teacher when he was among them teaching about God's love, mercy, etc.

Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

It's nice to learn about Paul's travels...where he went, whom he saw and how many years he was on the road.

Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.

You can't be fighting about the little things, pray about it and get over it. Everyone reads differently and interprets or views things differently. It depends on their knowledge base. Don't let the little things tear you apart. Sure they can be discussed but don't let it divide you. It's like in one of the earlier passages.... don't let your views become a stumbling block for another. It's ok to have different view points but dong argue it if it will cause a rift, let it go and pray about it and encourage each other to be strong in the Lord instead of bickering over something. Be of one mind.....love the Lord and do his will to the best of your ability.

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.

2 Corinthians 4:6
For God, who said, "Let light shine out of darkness," made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God's glory displayed in the face of Christ.

Trudy P. from Somewhere said:
Remember the Sunday school song "this little light of mine..." well that applies to us, we are not to hide it under a bushel but let it shine to show others about the power and glory of Jesus. By letting our light shine we are showing others that we are different in that we have Jesus living in us and we must show that in words, deeds, and actions.

Trudy P. from Somewhere said:
God set us free from sin. But we have to believe and accept his spirit in our lives. Then he sets us free. I also believe that when we accept him we are selves are NOT free to do what ever we want in this world. HE gives us guidelines to live by when he sets us FREE from sin.

But thanks be to God, who always leads us as captives in Christ's triumphal procession and uses us to spread the aroma of the knowledge of him everywhere.

I found this letter of Paul's disjointed. It's like we are missing the story. But I liked this part where God uses us to spread the aroma Of knowledge of him.
