Stepping Into a God-Sized Vision for 2026

In 2026, we are stepping into a bold new prayer: to invite 20 million people to meet Jesus through His Word. This is twice what was entrusted to us in 2025, and it is completely in line with the vision God has given this movement since 1893 to help everyday believers read, carry, and share the Gospel so that every person can encounter Christ in His own words.

As 2025 comes to a close, League Members and Partners have already invited more than 10.4 million people to meet Jesus through Scripture, literally reaching into every country on earth except North Korea. This sits on top of years of steady growth, with tens of millions reached in recent years as God has used simple Gospel-sharing to touch hearts worldwide.

What is especially encouraging is the momentum. Forty percent, about 4.4 million, of those 2025 invitations came in just the last 90 days, a clear sign that God is opening doors faster than ever and that His people are responding in faith.

Many of these invitations have taken place in some of the world’s darkest and most spiritually resistant places. In 2025, the top five cities reached digitally included Dhaka (Bangladesh), Khartoum (Sudan), Patna and Lucknow (India), and Tehran (Iran), cities where the name of Jesus is often opposed, yet where hearts are hungry for truth.

Through printed Gospels, digital outreach, and strategic partnerships, The League has also seen remarkable engagement in India, Pakistan, and the United States, along with scores of other nations where members faithfully share one-to-one.

A 20 million step of faith

With this growing momentum, The League has laid a 20 million invitation plan before the Lord for 2026. Like the builder in Luke 14:28, leadership has “sat down and counted the cost,” planning carefully and stewarding resources so that every Gospel, every digital touch, and every partnership can be used wisely.

At the same time, The League holds fast to the wisdom of Proverbs 16:3 and 16:9, committing this work to the Lord and trusting Him alone to establish the steps. The invitation is not merely to execute a plan, but to take a step of faith together, ensuring that hearts and strategies are aligned with God’s purposes, not human ambition.

The soil of many hearts is unusually ready right now; doors that once seemed closed are standing open for the Word of God. The League exists to mobilize and equip believers everywhere to invite everyone to meet Jesus so that those open doors are not missed.

As thoughts turn toward a new year, The League is praying for members, their families, and their ministries, that each one will hear God clearly and respond with trust and obedience. The hope is that one year from now, the worldwide PTL community will be celebrating 20 million people invited to meet Jesus in 2026, rejoicing that God did what only He can do through ordinary believers who simply shared His Word.
