Psalms 43:3
Send me your light and your faithful care,
let them lead me;
let them bring me to your holy mountain,
to the place where you dwell.

That there are times in a Believers life they may feel cast down, melancholy, but as David said, send me your light (which is Gods word).. I will go to your holy mountain, (Church) A place where God dwells!..(the Tabernacle of God) what better place to be to be V4. David says I want to go to Gods Altar, unto God! My Exceeding Joy & yea I will Praise Thee my God, upon the Harp I will praise thee. Today, if you're cast down like David, find an Altar, play your Harp, (use your mouth) as an HArp, and give God some heart rendering Praise. Hope in God, who's the health of our Countenance.. Hallelujah!
