Acts 18:6
But when they opposed Paul and became abusive, he shook out his clothes in protest and said to them, "Your blood be on your own heads! I am innocent of it. From now on I will go to the Gentiles."

When the Jews and the Greeks didn't listen to Paul ,he decided to go preach to the unbelievers .Those who were not Jews .That is lucky for us ....That way the Good news came to us

It also seems to indicate that our responsibility is fulfilled when we tell someone about Jesus (see Matthew 28). If they don't want to believe, we don't have to continue to try and convince them. Unless, of course, we have a vision like Paul did later in this chapter. Lord, help us to tell others about you as often as possible. Amen.

If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town (Matt10:14) Just to be sure,The Bible also says that again in Luke9:5. We need to pray for those who reject Salvation, also those who haven't hear the message or those who would fear for their lives or their families.
