If we have a sinful, unbelieving heart we can't hear what the Lord is saying to us. He loves us all so very much. He is my Everything. Without Him I am nothing. I can do nothing. He wants to lead and guide us and it's so important to listen to Him.

I wonder if you are like me? As I look at my life, and I feel that there were so many times that I did things my way; not God's way. And I wound up going through some very hard times. I knew that there was no one to blame except myself. In 1John 3: 20 it says; "For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things." -- To me this means that we have a very sensitive conscience, Yet we can quiet ourselves knowing that God knows whether or not, in spite our shortcomings, if we have been born again or not.
