Job 3:11
"Why did I not perish at birth,
and die as I came from the womb?
Glenna B.
Glenna B. from Delta, BC said:
This verse reminds me of how I used to feel whenever I thought about my own futile efforts to please God and amount to something. What I like most about this now, is the comparison with how I feel now. Now that I know the real truth, now that I know it's not by my own efforts, now that I am completely His. The difference is like night and day!

Job 3:11
"Why did I not perish at birth,

Job now wishes that he was never born because of all of his troubles, pain, and suffering. He still doesn't curse God which shows that he still has all his faith in Him. At different times in my life I asked also why was I born and wished I could die, but my reasons were nothing compared to Job's. He lost all of his children, his health, and all that he owned. God, thank you for my life and I don't want to ever wish that I was never born. You want me to live for a reason and when things get tough in my life, help me to be strong remembering Job.
