Job 6:6
Is tasteless food eaten without salt,
or is there flavor in the sap of the mallow?

Veronica M. from P C Beach, FL said:
I Googled, how can salt loose its flavor, and this is the answer I received: "Sodium chloride is readily water-soluble, so if this crude salt were exposed to condensation or rain water, the sodium chloride could be dissolved and removed, and the salt could in effect lose its saltiness." Praise God for His everseeing eye, that looks upon us. He sees and knows when we allow the things and desires of this world to "dilute, dissolve, and remove" our flavor. Praise God for removing that which dilutes us. Praise God for restoring my flavor, for I am the salt of the world. Through verse 6, the Holy Spirit guided me to Matthew 5, and today I received new understanding for the Beautitudes. I can see me and its tie in to Matthew 5:13 " "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot." Praise God. And even with verse 7 where Job proclaims even he would not touch such tasteless food because it makes him ill. This is what my testimony would be if I continue to trust in my abilities and possessions, focus on our strength. Thank You Father for developing and finishing in me what You started. I am Your testimony. Only in this testimony do I maintain seasoned, full of flavor. It is this seasoning, this flavor that draws all men. This flavor is Christ Jesus. Thank You Father for this work You do in me. Thank You for restoring my sight. Father as I draw close to You, You will draw close to me and You will continue to reveal to me who I am...who You say I am. And in my body can be used to bring what is already done in heaven on Earth. Thank You for sight Father. Thank You for understanding. In the name of Christ Jesus, Amen.
