I love it that despite the fact sarai ( now sarah) took matters into her own hands in the last chapter God still decided to bless her with a baby! What an amazing, forging, and awesome God!

The lord has not seen fit to bless Sarai, so she takea matters in to her own hands to get the thing she wants ( a child) . How offten do we do this today? I know I am guilty of this when I start to feel like the Lord Is not providing I start to worry and devise my own plans, when really I should wait for The Lord and pray to him because honestly. I have never gone hungry, been to cold, or with out a place to sleep The Lord God has always taken care of my every need! Blessed is he!

This still just amazed me. Could you even try to count the stars, surly not in a night. How about a year of nights? I don't think I could even in a year! Imagine that many people to come of Abram! Wow

Abram did not do this for the money, or glory, or for his name sake; but simply because he loved and cared for his nephew. That is a very brave thing to do but he handled it with such humility. :)
