God promised to bring Jacob back home over twenty years before. When he returned he built an altar to the God of Israel. Prior to this he always prayed to the God of Abraham and Isaac. God was now his God! Thanks to Jesus Christ we can have a personal relationship with God. Thank you Jesus for saving me and making me a part of Your family!
