This verse is proof from the mouth of God that Israel forever belongs to the children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Today the Israelites once again have possession of the land of Israel allotted to them by God and it shall never again be taken from them, for the promise of the Lord is irrefutable. Again we see here as you stated Lloyd the the children/descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, they have possession of the land that was promised them. All set for the final Promised seed Through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Christ is that descendant, the promised seed, and Heaven is the promise Land that will never be taken away. God made a promise to Abraham concerning the land and He repeated it several times. Today the Jewish people live in a small part of that land. Some day the Lord Jesus will come back again and set up His Kingdom in the city of Jerusalem and the Jewish people will finally have all the land they were promised. God is a promise keeping God. Come Lord Jesus!

This verse shows that the nation of Israel will always exist, even though many attempt to overthrow and destroy it. We must continually pray for Israel, especially with the current rise of antisemitism.
