Job 3:26
I have no peace, no quietness;
I have no rest, but only turmoil."

It is really hard to understand why God would allow Job to suffer this way. Through this message we are allowed to understand that there are other reason out of our control that effect our circumstances. It is not how good or bad Job is or anything he has done to bring this on himself. It's still hard to comprehend how God would let Job suffer to this extreme point. God obviously knew Job was the person for this task. He didn't put more on Job than he knew he could handle. My daughter and son in law have suffered the loss of twins, Morgan and Allie, we have questioned and tried to understand how this could happen. My daughter has not been the same, some days she barley gets through. I know there has to be a reason and God is good but there are days where we get to this place like Job. Praying for peace and courage for my family.

Job was in a bad place spiritually, physically, and emotionally. He had lost so much and it was beginning to take a toll on him, however he remained faithful to God. It must have been hard but he never cursed God or nor did he give up on God. Lord, help me to hold on when times are bad.

I can surely understand Job's turmoil at this point. He has lost all his livestock, some of his buildings, his children and his workers and now he is suffering a horrible torment of sores on his body, that has obviously crippled him. Yet, he has not blamed God for his plight. What a lesson Job presents for us.

He wishes he was never born and dead to escape this time of suffering yet He does not blame God or curse Him. May I always praise Your Name Lord despite my circumstances. Remain close to me as I endeavor to remain in You. Thank you Heavenly Father. Thank you Jesus. Thank you Holy Spirit.

In all of Job's agony he still does not curse God as Satan had said he would.
