Matthew 7:25
The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.
Peter B.
Peter B. from Buchanan, MI said:
To survive any storm is a testing of our Faith. By standing firm in the word of God, we can with stand any storm that crosses our path. And we who have survived this storm trusted and built our hope in Jesus. Reminds me of the song, On Christ the Solid Rock I Stand: I dare not trust the sweetest frame, But wholly lean on Jesus name. On Christ, the solid Rock; I stand, All other ground is sinking sand, All other ground is sinking sand. We need to listen to the word of God, and do what it says, or our house will be on sinking sand.
Lloyd S.
Lloyd S. from Trenton, ON said:
Well expressed, Peter, and so true. We must remember Who our Solid Rock is,. None other than Jesus Christ. Be blessed and encouraged, my brother in Christ, for He is faithful.

Let me strive ever more to build my house on the rock of Jesus so that no matter what storm comes my way not only will I be able to stand up against it but also will be able to provide shelter for others as well.
