Community

There is no other that we can turn to in times of trouble. My mind plays tricks on this passage because it hard to understand why there is trouble in the first place. Asking the big why and wondering where it all comes from especially when it's your child suffering and your heart suffering from loss. But in verse 10 the "Be Still" part when I am still and relax to hear Gods voice he is there. Though trouble surrounds me I can still rejoice in the Lord and abide in his comfort. God be with us!

A statement we must remember today, as the world around us is in utter turmoil, with nation against nation and leader against leader even in the same nation. We must remember that our God has a plan, and His plan will not fail, but we must continue to stand in faith, that He will bring about His plans. It is His desire that none should perish but He gives us the choice to come to Jesus Christ, His son, or we perish. 2Pe 3:9  The Lord is not slow concerning His promise, as some count slowness, but is long-suffering toward us, not purposing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Lord, we as that You move by Your Spirit, and bring an awakening that will turn people to You. Amen

That God is where I should go when I'm overwhelmed by my life. I sometimes don't do it and go into depression,just to remember Go to God! He gives me the peace and comfort to make sense of what's going on and the strength to go on no matter what! I'm glad he still picks me up when I fall and when I fail to seek him first when I get anxious,stressed and troubled!

I thank God for always being there for me and my family, even though the outcome is not what I want sometimes. I can honestly say God will be there to give you strength to get through the hard times

This verse and 10 go together well. Be still and know that I am God despite what you are going through as He is in control and will be your help and strength and protection and all you need. Rest in Him.

Psalm 46:1 - Father in Heaven, You are near to the brokenhearted. You deliver me out of all my troubles. Thank You for always being there for me. Before i even realize i am in trouble You are working it out for my good. i don’t have to wait for You to pick up the phone or worry that You will ignore my call when You see it is me. You never have to check Your schedule to see when You can squeeze me in. You are always there for me. You are my refuge, the one i flee to for protection and safety. In You i will remain since You have saved me. Every day i lean on You for You are the strength of my life.

The Lord is with me at all times. I can turn to him for strength and guidance no matter what is troubling me.
