Well expressed, Peter, and backed with relevant Scriptures. This system is acting weird again. I picked a verse and commented, went to the next page and it wasn't posted, went back and tried again still no show, so chose another verse and it posted. Then I get on this page and they're all here. Go figure!?!? Have a joyous, blessed weekend, Peter.

I do not know what it will be like, I do not know how devastating it will be in those days, but I know one thing for sure, Christ the Lamb of God will be my guide and lead me because He is my shepherd and all of those who are his flock. So no matter where, as long as Christ is with us, we have his protection.

Lord Your kingdom come Your will be done. No more tears no more sadness or heart breaks no sins. I think of those who are with out jobs, needy, sick ,hungry or homeless. Lord God will put an end to all these things. He will lead us to springs of living water. Lord You have said everyone will hear the gospel before You return. Give us boldness and awareness to tell as many people as we can of Your forgiveness. Our pastor said to us that many of us are cowards when it comes to sharing our faith. Jesus please don't let me be a coward. Jesus thank you for not being a coward when you went to the cross for us.

This is an interesting verse because although those that came out of the great tribulation are in heaven, why is God wiping away every tear from their eyes if heaven is supposed to be perfect, which the previous verses justify? I believe it's because although they are in heaven (the multitude) they are crying "one last time" - probably because of their loved ones who refused to believe and now will enter eternal separation from God. This is just my guess, I'm open to suggestions....

Interesting thought, Bruno. I know you have the same concern for family as I do because I have my whole family, (siblings) and their wives who do not know the Lord. I just keep praying that He would bring the revelation of Christ to them and their need of salvation. As often as I have broached the subject they just tune me out or tell me they don't want to hear my preaching. I also had the thought about this verse, that when they passed from this earthly life it indicated there is no more grief or sorrow. God bless you Bruno...!!!

I believe both of you guys could be right about the tears. My thoughts about the tears are we will be sorry for the way we led our lives and the chances we missed to be obedient to God. We will show our sorrow one last time before we enter Heaven.

Hi Lloyd. As far as family, yes, keep praying for them! I've been praying for my inlaws for just about 7 years now and finally my father-in-law wants me to come visit him in Brooklyn to talk about "spiritual things". I don't know what that really means, but he just had open heart surgery. He's doing fine but if it took you being on your death bed to see your own mortality, maybe I have a window open now. He's talking to his daughter (my wife) who he's spoke vaguely to because of his JW religion and wants to see her too (which isn't allowed)... So God does answer prayer! And I'm praying for you too Lloyd. Yes, that is what my bible commentary says: no more grief or sorrow, which is possible, but Don had a good point too. So we just continue to wait and hope. Talk soon. Bruno

Lord, I ask that You would open that door of opportunity wide for Bruno and the You would prepare and soften his father-in-law's heart to hear the word of truth. We come together in agreement for his salvation, Lord, and we leave the preparation of his heart and the opportunity to You, Lord. Amen. Bruno, I often use the question to open a conversation; "If you were to pass away today or tomorrow, do you know where you would go"? That usually opens or closes the opportunity to go further. My step son used that question on his father 6 days before his dad's death and he was able to lead his dad to the Lord, then and there. Six days later he was gone. Often brings a tear to my eye to think how close he came to passing into a lost eternity. God bless you, Bruno.
