David J. Collum
David Collum serves as the President and CEO of The Pocket Testament League, where he leads a global movement of believers committed to inviting everyone to meet Jesus with God’s Word. With a deep passion for helping people encounter Christ personally, David brings both marketplace and ministry experience to his leadership.
Prior to joining PTL, David held a senior leadership role in Corporate America, overseeing the organization responsible for maintaining the nuclear power systems of the U.S. Navy’s submarine fleet. He also served for 12 years as a full-time pastor, faithfully shepherding and teaching within the local church.
David’s leadership is shaped by his own journey of faith, marked by a growing understanding that true transformation comes not from striving to be right, but from encountering Jesus in humility and dependence. Today, he is committed to equipping others to share the Gospel with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
