Before you apply, get to know our values:

What You Are About to Read

Many companies have Values which they have written down. In great companies the Values are short memorable phrases. BUT THEY ARE MORE. Everyone actually knows how these short phrases play out in their daily working lives.

Below then are our Values, with explanations about how they might play out in our working lives.

#1 is our Foundational Value

We Trust God & His Word (Psalm 33:4-5)

  • We encourage our members and potential members to trust and lead with God & His Word.
  • We encourage ourselves to remember not to rely too much on our own human efforts, and become fearful and anxious, and instead Trust God.

#2 is How we work as a Staff

We Work One-to-One Collaboratively (Hebrews 10:24)

  • Everyone should first know what goals they are running towards and have the power to achieve them.
  • Everyone should trust that others are doing the same, and if not seek to engage them.
  • Everyone should be able to pick up the phone and call another staff member for help.
  • Everyone should know when what they are working affects another, and proactively and collaboratively engage them.

We Aim for Simplicity (2 Cor 1:12)

  • Everyone should ask, “Is there a simpler way to do this?”
  • The way we work, communicate, the look and feel of our website, and more, should be simple and straightforward.

We “Think Family” (1 Timothy 5:8)

  • We seek to have family friendly policies.
  • We want to care for and pray for, each other.
  • We each want to conduct ourselves in a way so when our co-workers day ends, they are not drained, but have the energy for the other important parts of their world.

We “Live EALO”(Colossians 3:13)

  • We value the energy, agility, leanness, and ownership.
  • We roll up our sleeves, figure things out, and get it done.

When #1 and #2 are put together, we strive for…

…#3 as Members you should see in us

Excellence: We Strive for it. (Colossians 3:23)

  • We strive to be precise, attentive and encouraging when communicating with — and caring for — our Members.
  • We strive to have high standards for the quality of our Scripture and courses.
  • We strive for consistency in the multiple platforms that are being used in multiple countries in order to advance our singular Message.
  • If you think one of our offerings misses this mark—call us out.

Perseverance: In our Mission (Ephesians 6:11-13)

  • We are people of Prayer. We start every week corporately in prayer. When you are with us, expect us to pray with you.
  • We know God’s Kingdom does not advance unopposed. We expect resistance and therefore we must not give up, leaning into God’s power.

Integrity: We seek to embody it (Galatians 6:7)

  • To presume that we are God’s agents requires humility and transparency.
  • We won’t be perfect, and when we sin, we must have the courage to openly repent.
  • If you think we are acting without integrity—call us out.
