1 Samuel 25:41
She bowed down with her face to the ground and said, "I am your servant and am ready to serve you and wash the feet of my lord's servants."

I have read this chapter many times now and this is the first time that I have recognized Abigail as the representation of the Holy Spirit. Praise God. Selah. I was even made to see David as a representation of Christ our Lord. It is a bit difficult to write as I try to sift through the many thoughts in my mind mixed with feelings of awe, wonder, thanksgiving, repentance, joy... A few days ago, I embarked on a journey of understanding concerning power and authority. I see it here. I never really saw it before. I am asking God at this time, via the Holy Spirit continues to show me, instruct me, guide me. Holy Spirit show me the understanding God wants me to receive from His Word and strengthen me with the wisdom and love to use it. In the name of Jesus, my Savior and Lord. Amen

Let your glory be shone, Father. Let let your glory be shone. For those who have placed their trust in You, do not condemn them. For those who has waited in Your perfect time, exhalt them now Father. Thank You for Your grace and mercy. Thank You for your arm of protection. Father be with us, be with me. Direct my path and let not Your Words fall to the ground. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Job 7:8
The eye that now sees me will see me no longer;
you will look for me, but I will be no more.

Pain and discomfort is so hard to deal with. So much so that we habitually run from it and try to avoid it at all cost. I am learning that every thing has it's purpose and under the hand of God, its purpose...everything to include pain and discomfort... is to proper us not to harm us. The Holy Spirit used today's verse to guide me to Isaiah 43:1-44:5. God is indeed doing a new thing. He encourages me even now to no longer try to run from the discomforts of pain, but instead sit with it...sit with Him to learn and see that He is doing a new thing...creating a new creature in me. I am the new thing. I am God's inspiration. The person you knew me as yesterday... you see me no longer... Thank You God for creating a new me...for breathing new life into me, and for creating a way in the wilderness for me, for placing streams in wastelands for me. And likewise, moving through me to make a way in the wilderness, for being the streams in the wastelands for your chosen ones. You see them. You have heard their cry. And You answer. Thank You for your endless mercy. May You reign forever. In the name and for the glory of Christ Jesus. Amen.

Job 6:6
Is tasteless food eaten without salt,
or is there flavor in the sap of the mallow?
Veronica M.
Veronica M. from P C Beach, FL said:
I Googled, how can salt loose its flavor, and this is the answer I received: "Sodium chloride is readily water-soluble, so if this crude salt were exposed to condensation or rain water, the sodium chloride could be dissolved and removed, and the salt could in effect lose its saltiness." Praise God for His everseeing eye, that looks upon us. He sees and knows when we allow the things and desires of this world to "dilute, dissolve, and remove" our flavor. Praise God for removing that which dilutes us. Praise God for restoring my flavor, for I am the salt of the world. Through verse 6, the Holy Spirit guided me to Matthew 5, and today I received new understanding for the Beautitudes. I can see me and its tie in to Matthew 5:13 " "You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot." Praise God. And even with verse 7 where Job proclaims even he would not touch such tasteless food because it makes him ill. This is what my testimony would be if I continue to trust in my abilities and possessions, focus on our strength. Thank You Father for developing and finishing in me what You started. I am Your testimony. Only in this testimony do I maintain seasoned, full of flavor. It is this seasoning, this flavor that draws all men. This flavor is Christ Jesus. Thank You Father for this work You do in me. Thank You for restoring my sight. Father as I draw close to You, You will draw close to me and You will continue to reveal to me who I am...who You say I am. And in my body can be used to bring what is already done in heaven on Earth. Thank You for sight Father. Thank You for understanding. In the name of Christ Jesus, Amen.

Job 5:15
He saves the needy from the sword in their mouth;
he saves them from the clutches of the powerful.
Veronica M.
Veronica M. from P C Beach, FL said:
God knows my weakness and how too often I sin by speaking that which is not of Him. He knows, that "no human being can tame the tongue, because it a restless evil, full of deadly poison (James 3:8)" I am thankful that when I am weak, He is strong. I thank God for transforming my mind which transforms my speech. He rescues me from myself as I curse myself, for too often I forget that, "I am made in His likeness" (James 3:9). Father, thank you for rescuing me, for transforming my mind, my thinking, my speech. Thank you for increasing me in every way and empowering me to receive every blessing fully and with a heart of humility, gratitude, peace, and wisdom. I know this is all made possible through the blood, the life, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Amen. 8 but no human being can tame the tongue. It is a restless evil, full of deadly poison.

Job 4:17
'Can a mortal be more righteous than God?
Can even a strong man be more pure than his Maker?
Veronica M.
Veronica M. from P C Beach, FL said:
This entire chapter points to our need, my need for Christ. It's not about good deeds, good advice or being a good person. It is about trusting, relying on, and hiding in the righteousness of Christ. And with verse 17, when it asks "can even a strong man be more pure than his Maker" it brings to mind the scripture, when I am weak, say I am strong...meaning your strength comes from and is God.
