The World Is Searching, and God Is Answering
Last week, we shared that nearly 9 million people, in just 9 months, had downloaded the Gospel of John through the READ CARRY SHARE® app. Today, through August 17, that number stands at 10.7 million!!!
The conclusion we drew then was simple: the world is searching for God, and by His grace, we get to serve them the Word of God.
This week, we want to dive a little deeper and look at where the downloads are happening, city by city.
We look at city data two ways: total downloads, and downloads per capita.

Last week, Nepal surprised us because 1.16% of the country had downloaded the app. This week, Patna, India, surprised us even more. Nearly 1 in 10 people in the city of Patna engaged with the Gospel of John in just 9 months. Wow.
Earlier this year, in April, we wrote an update on India and mentioned how we’d shown app numbers to several Christian leaders. One of the pastors in that meeting lives and ministers in Patna, and we remember his amazement at the work God was doing in his city.
And it’s not just Patna.
As we review the Top 20 Cities, we see that God has placed League Strategic Partners in cities and countries to engage Christ-seekers and help lead them to the Father.
